  • The hiring process is designed to be quick and efficient. Here’s how it works:

    1. 30-Minute Discovery Call: We’ll start with a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your needs and how I can assist you.

    2. Proposal Sent Within 24 Hours: After our call, I’ll send you a detailed proposal within 24 hours. This will include service package options, a contract, and an invoice.

    3. Contract & Payment: Once you review and sign the contract and make the payment, we’ll move forward.

    4. Kick-Off Call: We’ll schedule a kick-off call based on availability to finalize details and get everything in place.

    5. Immediate Start: After the kick-off call, I’ll get started on your project or tasks right away!

    This streamlined process ensures that we can begin working together without delay, allowing you to focus on what’s most important for your business.

  • I primarily communicate with my clients via Slack, which allows for real-time messaging, file sharing, and easy collaboration. However, I understand that every client has unique preferences, so I’m flexible and open to other methods of communication if something else works better for you. Whether it’s email, phone calls, or another platform, we’ll use the tools that best suit your workflow and ensure seamless communication.

  • I schedule Zoom calls with clients Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 7 PM CST. For client work, I operate during traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. Weekend calls and work, as well as any rush work outside the scope of our contract, are available for an additional fee. This structure ensures that I provide focused and timely support during dedicated hours.

    1. Term: The agreement begins on the date signed and continues until either party provides a 14-day written notice of termination.

    2. Services: Contractor will provide virtual assistant services as detailed in the attached scope of work (Exhibit A). Services will be performed professionally and in compliance with applicable laws.

    3. Payment: Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the attached exhibit. Invoices are due upon receipt, with a 5% late fee charged weekly for overdue payments.

    4. Relationship: Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee, and will manage their own taxes and benefits.

    5. Confidentiality: Contractor agrees to keep all client information confidential, even after the agreement ends.

    6. Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice. Payment for services completed up to the termination date is due within 14 days.

    7. Ownership: All work produced by the Contractor belongs to the Client.

    8. Miscellaneous: The agreement is governed by Missouri state law, and any changes must be made in writing.

    My preferred method of billing is through these package rates. This approach not only provides you with clear and predictable costs but also avoids the administrative burden of tracking hours, which allows me to focus more on delivering exceptional support.
